References and Recommendations

One of the most important questions to choosing a Home Improvement partner is: 'Do they do a good job?'

At The Fascia People (UK) Limited, not only do we think we do a good job, but we know that we do.   This of course is of little comfort to you, so we have included on this page evidence of the good job that we do, by way of Thank you letters and emails and of course from the Hampshire Trading Standards "Buy With Confidence" and Fensa.   These two organisations trust us to provide you with an exceptional service.

Client's recommendations

We like to get Thank you letters from our clients and as we get them, we will publish them with our client's consent.  Letters come in by Email or by Snail Mail, all we do is remove the mail address and street name to protect identities.

Hi Debbie,

We've now had our roof work completed and everything looks great - thanks to all the team!

I'm conscious that the cheque owed to you still hasn't arrived. I've made further enquiries today with the insurance company to see if they could supply further reassurance that this has been sent.

They informed me it was actually sent in the post on Friday 19th and can take 5 - 10 days to come through (goodness knows what form of postal service they use!) so for your information the cheque no. is              for £.

As discussed previously this is being sent to our home address, so once received by us we will post the cheque to you by hand to avoid further postage delay.

I have today also let the insurance company know that the work is complete and for them to raise the cheque for the remaining balance.

Should you wish to contact the Insurance company for further clarification, please let me know and I will supply you with the details.
