HAMPSHIRE TRADING STANDARDS

THE TRADING STANDARDS as part of an overall objective to establish the highest of standards of trade, has introduced this approved trader scheme (The Scheme).  The Scheme is intended to demonstrate the commitment of a business in dealing fairly and honestly with our customers and the commitment of the Trading Standards Service to supporting local business.

THE AIM of the Buy with Confidence scheme is to help consumers to avoid rip-offs and cowboys by providing a list of reputable local businesses, in a wide range of different trades.  Members of this Scheme have been indipendently checked by staff from the local authority Trading Standards Service against the Scheme rules.
